Dear Riga Gastro friends,

Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our hands, we must postpone this year’s Riga Gastro indefinitely. This was not an easy decision for us, but as things developed, we felt we no longer can provide you with the experience we aspire for you have.

We’re very thankful for all who wanted to be part of our event.
Those who already bought tickets will be fully refunded this week.

One evening – One ticket – Several restaurants

You experience, you taste, you rate.

Riga is a vibrant city with new restaurants opening frequently. The Riga Gastro event is a great opportunity for the curious to get to know the restaurants and the people behind them, offering a new dining experience, and taste some innovative and exceptional dishes.

How it works – for the guests

Riga Gastro is about visiting several restaurants in one evening with one ticket and tasting a dish from each restaurant representing their food concept, creativity and flavours. Walking from venue to venue, it’s a great way of experiencing Riga’s streets and exploring various cuisines the city offers. You’re also able to rate the restaurants live, which increases the engagement of the participants.
Gastronomy, social interaction and live rating all in one.

What you get:

• Visit up to 6 different restaurants between 16-23 o’clock
• Tasting of signature dish at each venue by showing your ticket
• Rating the restaurants live using your smart phone
• A cool social event with your family and friends

Note: Drinks at the restaurants are not included in the price of the ticket.
The event starts when the venues open their doors for you on Thursday the 20th of September.

Riga Gastro is a unique opportunity to promote your venue, food, location and you’re getting people to come to you!

Staff challenge! Taking part in something new and working together as a team on a challenge makes the whole organisation develop a stronger bond and sense of being important in the machinery. We see that the individual at every venue feels they have done something fun and exciting, and have grown as a person, with improved skills and more joy for the work they’re doing.
There’s no fee for a venue to participate in the event, all you need is to be open for the event’s guests during the evening and offer a sample of your speciality to the guests with admittance.
